New CEO Announcement

Four Greens is delighted to formally announce the appointment of Mel Tucker to the role of Chief Executive Officer to replace Mark Rowles who is due to retire from the role on the 31st March 2026.  Mel will be starting with the Trust on Monday 23rd February 2026.

 

Mel has a wealth of experience having worked in the social care, housing, health, community, and education sectors. Mel is also a founder and director of Iridescent Ideas CIC and It Takes a Village Plymouth CIC.

 

Mel comes from a family of Janners.  She is a member of a community choir, loves the theatre ( especially musical theatre), reading, watching sci fi and procedural dramas and loves walking her greyhound Forest.  She also loves cricket and manages the Plymouth Cricket Club Under 17 Girls team.

 

Mark Rowles the current CEO said “ The Trust is very fortunate to have Mel taking on the role of CEO as she has an incredible skill set and is passionate to ensure we continue to meet our vision to eradicate poverty, social isolation and health inequalities within our community."

 

Mel is really looking forward to joining the Four Greens family and is so grateful for the incredibly warm welcome she has received from members of the team and the community since she was offered the position.
