The PL5 Pathways Project

Our Story

Together with funding from the National Lottery Reaching Communities Fund we aim to create meaningful, sustainable access to volunteering, up-skilling, and training pathways in Ernesettle, Honicknowle, and Whitleigh—areas north of the A38.

With a strong focus on supporting isolated individuals and those facing medical or personal barriers, we work with local residents to co-design support and opportunities based on community needs.

We work with trusted partners like Four Greens Community Trust, Whitleigh Community Trust and Barnardo’s Family Hub to integrate mental health support, crafts, social activities, and volunteering into our work to foster long-term wellbeing and engagement within the community. Our wraparound approach also includes confidence-building workshops, one-to-one support, and accredited training to enhance employability.
