Congratulations!

It’s been just over a week since the Plymouth Community Awards and we’re still so proud Isatta for winning the Courage Recognition Award.

Isatta- ‘I am deeply honoured to have received the Courage Recognition Award, a moment that has truly touched my heart. This win is not mine alone. It is dedicated to every incredible soul who has believed in me, walked beside me, and lifted me through this journey. To the young men and women, the vulnerable individuals, and the survivors of domestic abuse and gender-based violence who continue to hold onto hope for a better and fairer society, this recognition belongs to you too.

I may be the face of this award, but I stand on the shoulders of remarkable people from all walks of life who understand that while diversity is a fact, inclusion is built through everyday acts of kindness. I owe this honour to my incredible allies across the country who have embraced my skills and supported me with unwavering love. There is still so much work to be done in our city, and I remain committed to being part of that change.’
