A Big C4P Thank You!

Council leader, Tudor Evans, visited Four Greens Community Trust to personally thank the staff, volunteers and partners for their ongoing efforts throughout the pandemic.

Four Greens were delighted to receive a letter of thanks from the councillors recognising the efforts of their staff, volunteers and partners.

"This year has been a year like no other; it is a year that none of us would have predicted would turn out like it has. The Coronavirus global pandemic has taken a hold of the world, our lives and we have witnessed our city to stand still.

We have all had to make sacrifices, big and small, to fit into this 'normal world' as we all try to work out what this means for us, our work, and families. As a city is has been no different and we have had to make fundamental changes to how we deliver our services.

This pandemic has highlighted how essential the work that Four Greens carries out. Not only for the people you care for and support, but also for our society as a whole. Every effort made, big or small, has shown that it is you that see the wheels of our city turning.

It is thanks to your sacrifices and services to the people of Plymouth during the pandemic that we continue to be a Caring Plymouth that looks after the supports all of our citizens."

Staff and volunteers were presented with a Caring for Plymouth badge as an acknowledgement of the support provided through the pandemic.
