Four Greens Community Trust is determined to support local organisation and its community to improve their physical and mental health. Some of the services that we currently provide include:
Tea and Toast
Co-ordinated by our partners Timebank, every Wednesday morning 10:00-12:30 members of our community can attend a 'Tea and Toast' session which encourages friendships to be made, opportunity to learn new skills and if required to discuss any personal issues with colleagues.
A social group for those with learning difficulties, every Thursday evening 18:00-20:00 participants can take part in fun games and food is provided.
We currently have one class which runs from the Whitleigh Hub on a Friday morning 9:30-10:30. If you are interested in this session please contact us.
Four Greens Community Trust is delighted to be working with Livewell South West and host the Smoking Cessation 1:1 support, Friday 10:00-13:00 (by appointment only).
Run by members of our local community every Tuesday from 13:00-16:00, a craft class runs for our community to learn new skills such as, card making, ceramics, painting etc. Many of the items made are then sold to support local charities and groups.
Knit & Natter
Run by Whitleigh Big Local every Monday 10:00-12:00.
On a Monday and Tuesday evening 18:00-22:00, Headspace facilitate a drop in for peer-to-peer support for people who are struggling with their mental health. There is no need for an appointment just come in or give us a call on 07890257614.
